The difference a day makes

There is nothing like a change in the weather to lift feathers and spirits. Within 24 hours it's gone from snow, frost and ice, minus degrees in temperature to sudden balmy conditions.




The pheasants in the garden have gone a little bonkers as spring fever kicks in. The males constantly patrol their patch in search of the ever allusive females and are putting on a fine show..although I could do without that wake up call cry at 4.30am!!
